For the next 4 months I’m going to be training EVERY DAY. I know it sounds crazy and in some ways at face value is something I would advise against, but I’ll be organizing it in a way I think makes a lot of sense and definitely has some upsides. All of my training experiments are a learning experience and training more frequently with shorter sessions (spoiler) is something I’ve wanted to try for a while now.
