133: I’m training EVERY DAY for the next 6 months. Here’s why.

For the next 4 months I’m going to be training EVERY DAY. I know it sounds crazy and in some ways at face value is something I would advise against, but I’ll be organizing it in a way I think makes a lot of sense and definitely has some upsides. All of my training experiments are a learning experience and training more frequently with shorter sessions (spoiler) is something I’ve wanted to try for a while now.

In this episode I lay out how what, how, and why behind this experiment as well as talk through my expectations. In some ways I thought “who gives a shit what I do?” but I think there’s a good discussion here around how to use frequency + split and what part they play in overall programming
