131: What I learned keeping my training the same for 6 months

About 6 months ago I began an experiment with my own training. I kept my program EXACTLY the same for several mesocycles…or at least that was the plan! I was curious if I would ever run into an actual “plateau” and NEED to change anything, or if I would just get bored. Well, 6 months later here is my update!
